We have been asked to identify a Business Readiness Coordinator for one of our clients in North Dallas, Texas. This is a 4 month contract project.

 

Position Description:

The main roles of the selected candidate is working as a liaison between or manufacturing & quality track and the overall Business Readiness team to help align communication and training for the manufacturing personnel and others.  This is a large task with many systems and processes changing for four manufacturing plants that have been acquired and are located in different locations.

  • Work on developing and maintaining a project plan for work required to replace some acquired systems and integrate into others
  • Help with SharePoint site organization
  • Manufacturing & Quality is one of the eight tracks involved in the migration of systems, data, and processes to our systems and processes
  • Leadership skills are important as you will help coordinate activities for a track with dozens of resources supporting testing activities in five different locations
  • You will need to provide key inputs back from your assigned track to the overall program coordinator
 
Required Skills:
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Project Server experience is a nice-to-have skill set
  • SharePoint sites - more as user/organizer not as a developer or administrator
  • Large project business readiness experience - communication, training, and change management specifically
  • Project experience involving manufacturing sites would be helpful, nice-to-have
  • Strong communication skills
