We have been asked to identify an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Carmel, IN.

Position Description:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions. This includes, but is not limited to: office management, calendar management, travel scheduling, expense management, preparation of communications (e.g. presentations, routine correspondence, etc.), and management of critical internal and external meeting arrangements/logistics.

Other responsibilities will include:
• Report creation for key metrics from the Client's sales reporting system
• Data collection and provision of reports, as needed.
• Maintenance of SharePoint.
• Other projects as assigned.

 
Required Skills:

 

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’sdegree, or its equivalent, with 5+ years of administrative experience and atleast 2 years of support in a sales environment.  Experience usingMicrosoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andSharePoint, is required.

Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills are a must.The person in this position must be able to effectively problem solve and makeappropriate decisions. We’re searching for a detail-oriented person withexcellent follow-through skills who is able to maintain confidentiality and behighly effective in a team environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellentinterpersonal skills are needed to foster interaction within the remote officesof the organization.
